Liz experienced a life-changing moment when she lost her mom to liver disease in 2015. When it came to pain management and the discomfort around treating and living through her disease, her mom had no alternative to what she perceived as the toxic and damaging drugs being prescribed by the medical professionals treating her. She featured losing her insurance coverage and therefor access to medication if she tried cannabis to manage her symptoms and pain. Upon her mother’s passing, it became became Liz’s life purpose to “help others not suffer the same pain” her mother endured.
After being introduced to hemp in 2017 and Liz learned as much as she could about alternative treatments involving cannabis and sharpened her skills for growing plants while becoming the “only female” elite cultivator in i-502. She found her calling and focused on her objective. Healthy Roots was born to help people live their best lives.
